The Omnia Maxiform is 50 % larger – perfect when the usual mould is not enough. In the Omnia Maxiform, you can use 1.5 to 2 times the indicated amount for most Omnia recipes. Start with 1.5 times the quantity if the ingredients need to rise or the dish rises in the mould during preparation. The preparation times remain the same.
The Omnia Maxiform must always be used with the Omnia base and lid. Do not use food with a high acid and/or salt content. The Omnia Maxiform must be washed by hand since it is not dishwasher-safe.
