With our tips, you’ll find the right model in no time:

The size & weight of your caravan make all the difference!

Manoeuvring systems are available with motors of varying power – or even with several motors. The larger or heavier your caravan, the more powerful the motor of your system has to be. The same applies to the axles. Because more axles mean more power. You can find out how much weight the practical aid can move by looking at the respective product description. But be careful! You have to take the weight of the manoeuvring system into account when it comes to the maximum permissible weight of your caravan.

The two main Mover types – fully and semi-automatic

With fully automatic manoeuvring systems, the rollers are electrically docked to the wheels of the caravan. Because of that, these practical helpers are a bit more expensive – but they make parking even easier.

With an integrated automatic start-stop system, you can manoeuvre completely without jolts. Smooth starting and braking is guaranteed and everything in your mobile home stays in place.

Semi-automatic systems go easy on your budget

With these models, you or your travel companion use a crank or lever to press the drive shafts against the wheels. This strengthens your muscles and is easy on your wallet!

With fully automatic systems, parking becomes child’s play!

Our fully automatic models are particularly fun because you use a remote control to manoeuvre the drive shafts to the wheels. With exactly the right pressure. That way, nothing slips even when the ground is wet! Tricky parking manoeuvres become child’s play and you can stand there and watch with a relaxed smile on your face. Fully automatic sounds good to you?

Here you will find the right products.

The right battery

Your manoeuvring system needs power. And for that, you need to install a 12 V battery in your caravan. We recommend using AGM, gel or lithium batteries. Small tip: Do not use acid batteries, i.e. typical older car batteries, in the interior. They emit toxic gases during charging and last fewer charging cycles. You should also have a charger for your battery on board.

You can find suitable batteries here.

Whether you crank it yourself or operate it via remote control, try out parking at home before your first holiday with your new helper. This saves time and is easy on your nerves after a long journey.

How to install one of these systems?

We recommend that you have your device installed in a specialist workshop. That way, you are on the safe side and avoid unpleasant surprises during your holiday. Especially since there are a few things you have to keep in mind when attaching the unit to the chassis.
