The Omnia Base must always be used together with an Omnia mould and a lid. The oven only works with all three parts together.
The base also fits the Omnia Maxiform 3L and the Omnia mould with non-stick coating.
There must be no water in the base. The underside of the Omnia mould is heated by hot air.
The stainless steel base gets very hot > 300 °C/527 °F. Place the Omnia in the middle of the oven and never in a way that the base touches the edge of the oven. Due to the high temperature, the colour of the base will change.
Please note: The bottom part becomes very hot and takes a long time to cool.
