The universal pan has a slightly higher rim than a classic frying pan. It is made of forged aluminium with a cast aluminium look and high material thickness and therefore has a long service life and good heat distribution.
The detachable handle (available separately 310/539) enables space-saving storage and allows you to use the pan in the oven. The full-surface induction base ensures optimum heat distribution on all types of hobs, and is also perfect for multi-zone induction hobs. Another highlight is the PFAS-free b.nature quartz coating, which is characterised by an outstanding non-stick effect.
