With us, you can decide for yourself from which regional dealer you pick up your desired items. This way, the specialist you trust is there to help you with complex issues. As a camping expert, he or she can often see whether components fit together when you put together your shopping basket and can protect you from making the wrong purchase when you pick up your goods.

Payment is made on site. And if you do not like one of the products when you pick them up, you do not have to buy it!

There are no costs, except for your petrol costs for the journey. In return, you get expert advice and the shopping experience on top on site.

And this is how it works:

  1. Put your product selection into the shopping basket as usual.
  2. In the shopping basket, click on the optional Pickup in store button. 3.
  3. In the checkout, reserve your shopping cart as a guest and enter your contact details or log in to your customer account.
  4. You will then find your preferred pick-up specialist dealer. Enter your preferred postcode or the name of the dealer in the search field "My Frankana Freiko retailer close by" and click on Find your retailer.
  5. Select the dealer you trust from the search results. You activate the dealer of your choice by clicking on Select store.
  6. As soon as you have accepted the legally binding information (general terms and conditions and data protection), you can complete the reservation request.
  7. You will then receive a confirmation of your reservation request by e-mail with all the important information about your preferred pick-up dealer, including contact details and, of course, a list of your request.
  8. Your preferred dealer will put together your shopping basket and then inform you by e-mail so that you can collect the goods within a period of five days.

No time?

You don't have time to collect the goods during the collection period?

Please contact your retailer and arrange an alternative collection date. The retailer will hold the reserved goods for five days. After this period, the retailer is no longer obliged to reserve the goods for you.

Change requests?

Have you put the wrong product in the shopping basket?

If you have any change requests directly after the reservation request, please contact your preferred retailer. He or she can advise you and, if necessary, add the correct product to your reservation.

Cancel request?

You no longer need the items?

As soon as you know that you want to cancel your reservation request, please contact your preferred dealer. This will avoid unnecessary work and the products will be available for other campers to purchase.
