Anthracite-coloured two-component repair adhesive for plastic body parts
TEROSON® PU 9225 is a polyurethane-based adhesive for repairs on paintable plastic parts in the interior and exterior of vehicles. One component (A) is yellow, the other (B) black. The product is often used to repair bumpers, trims and body parts made of plastics such as PP/EPDM, SMC, PC, PA, ABS and PUR, especially for minor damage like scratches or holes in bumpers, spoilers, skirts, etc.
The best processing results are achieved using the TEROSON® hand spray gun (50 ml cartridges) or the TEROSON® STAKU hand pressure gun (250 ml cartridges) with a suitable static mixer.
Before application, cleaning the surface with TEROSON® VR 10 and pretreating it with TEROSON® VR 155 is recommended.
TEROSON® PU 9225 ME cures at room temperature. Curing can be accelerated with infrared radiation at 60 °C (140 °F).
