The Confurn R-EVOLUTION square locking system CV is a modern push-to-open locking system for furniture doors and fronts in camper vans. The solution consists of two mounting units, each screwed to the panel. The fitting and lock engage precisely and are fixed to the furniture front by screwing – an additional screw in the front is not required. The usual height adjustment of the knob is also unnecessary: thanks to the design, the handle element always sits correctly – the knob always fits.

- Wide tolerance range for front thicknesses: suitable for front thicknesses from 14.5 to 17 mm (with spacer element from 12 to 14.5 mm). As a “self-contained system,” R-EVOLUTION ensures reliable accuracy despite tolerances.
- No knob adjustment needed: the unit consisting of knob, rosette and push-to-open mechanism automatically positions the handle element correctly regardless of front thickness.
- Precise alignment via recess or drilling: the entire unit is precisely aligned through the hole milling. For round rosettes, an additional drill hole is sufficient for anti-rotation.
- Simpler construction possible: during assembly, the units are only screwed together – no screwing into the door material is required. This often allows reinforcement in the door area to be omitted, enabling lighter and more cost-effective constructions.
- Plastic-mounted knob – quiet and low-wear: the knob runs in a precisely fitting plastic guide channel, practically without abrasion and therefore particularly quiet.
- Space-saving design: the mechanism requires little installation space. The compact lock and a slim rosette support a neat, modern furniture design in the van.
