The Confurn R-EVOLUTION square locking system is a push-to-open locking system with a two-part design, engineered for quick installation, high precision fit and compact construction. Two mounting units are screwed to the panel, the fitting and lock engage precisely with each other and are then fixed to the furniture front by screwing. No screw on the front is required, nor the usual height adjustment of the knob by turning the lock – the knob always sits correctly.

- For front thicknesses of 14.5 – 17 mm (with spacer element 12 – 14.5 mm): as a self-contained system, the precision fit is reliably maintained even with tolerances.
- No knob adjustment needed: the unit consisting of knob, rosette and push-to-open mechanism ensures the correct handle position regardless of front thickness.
- Exact alignment through routing or drilling: the component is precisely positioned via the routed hole; for round rosettes, rotation protection is provided by an additional drill hole.
- Simpler construction possible: during assembly, both units are screwed together – no screws are needed in the door material. This often allows reinforcement (armouring) to be omitted in this area.
- Plastic-mounted knob: guided in a precisely fitting plastic channel – practically wear-free, especially quiet.
