Confurn R-EVOLUTION locking system
The Confurn R-EVOLUTION locking system is an innovative push-to-open system consisting of two mounting units that are screwed directly to the panel. Fitting and lock engage precisely and are fixed to the furniture front – an additional screw in the front is not required. No height adjustment of the knob is necessary; the knob always sits correctly.
Advantages:
- Easy to install: the system consists of only two components and can be mounted quickly and easily.
- For front thicknesses from 14.5 to 17 mm (with spacer element 12 to 14.5 mm): R-EVOLUTION is a closed system that ensures high precision fit across a wide tolerance range.
- No knob adjustment required: the unit comprising knob, rosette and push-to-open mechanism ensures the correct position of the handle element regardless of front thickness.
- Exact alignment through milling or drilling: the complete unit is precisely aligned via the milling hole. For round rosettes, an additional drill hole provides anti-rotation protection.
- Simplified construction: both components are only screwed together; no screws are needed in the door material. This eliminates the need for reinforcement in the door area – doors can be designed lighter and more cost-effectively.
- Plastic-mounted knob: the knob runs almost wear-free and especially quietly in a precisely fitting plastic channel.
- Space-saving design: the mechanism and components require little installation space. The lock and rosette are compact and particularly slim.
