This pizza stone helps you make pizza that tastes as if you had ordered it in an Italian restaurant. Just place the stone on the grill grate and heat it up with the barbecue. The pizza is baked evenly and gains the typical roast aromas.
After a baking time of ca. 5 - 7 minutes, your pizza is ready to eat! Being 15 mm thin (cordierite), the stone consumes less energy when heating up. Can also be used in an oven. Just place the stone on the grill grate and preheat it at 250 °C for ca. 30 - 40 min. Thanks to its size of 38 x 30 cm, the rectangular pizza stone fits into most bigger kettle grills, for example from the Weber® Spirit® Series.
