With this gas cylinder holder specially designed for private use, gas cylinders with a filling weight of up to 11 kg can be secured in the vehicle for transport.
The gas cylinder is firmly strapped to the sturdy frame and must also be secured via the fixing points in the vehicle (e.g. lashing eyelets). This protects the gas cylinder from uncontrolled movements and prevents soiling or damage in the boot of the vehicle. Thanks to the rubber studs on the underside of the holder, the gas cylinder will not slip even on a smooth surface. The holder and gas cylinder should ideally be positioned in the boot or on the loading area either diagonally or with the base of the cylinder facing the direction of travel (against the wall).
Ensure sufficient ventilation during transport. When transporting liquid gas cylinders by motor vehicle, liquid gas cylinders may only be loaded into the vehicle immediately before the start of the journey and must be unloaded immediately after transport. A gas cylinder must be removed in an upright position! The rules of the DVFG data sheet "Transport of liquid gas cylinders with motor vehicles" apply.
