Crystalline solar panels with the latest cell structure (vertical-stripe technology) for charging the 12 V RV battery. In comparison to conventional solar panels, in which single square cells are installed, the major benefit of CIS panels is that they are far more resistant to partial shading. In mobile use, in particular, this results in a greater energy production if shade is unavoidable due to the location, i.e. due to branches, a roof box, a sat receiver or an opened skylight. CIS panels also have very good low-light performance and impress with their good quality of workmanship. A robust, all-round aluminium frame protects the cells, which are completely embedded in special safety glass. The performance warranty is 20 years.
