The promise

More sustainability in everyday life with plastic-free products from Chinchilla

Plastic-free

Not only the products are made without plastic: the packaging is also plastic-free – from the filling material to the adhesive tape.

Sustainable

The products are made from sustainable raw materials and are 100 % biodegradable, recyclable & home compostable.

The dryer balls made of sheep's wool are the sustainable alternative to conventional chemical fabric softeners in plastic packaging.

  • Sustainable & plastic-free: The Chinchilla dryer balls incl. convenient cotton storage bag are made of 100 % New Zealand sheep's wool and are suitable for all textiles.
  • For soft laundry: The ecological tumble dryer balls are completely odourless and ensure fluffy & soft laundry. The balls absorb excess moisture, shorten the drying time by up to 40 % and thus save time, money, electricity and CO₂.
  • Handmade in Nepal: The dryer balls are traditionally handmade under certified social working conditions in Nepal – completely allergen-free & pollutant-free. Of course, the wool is produced in the highest quality and in an animal-friendly way without muslin.
  • Robust & durable: The dryer balls for tumble dryers are supplied in a set of 6 XXL balls and can be reused up to 1000 times. That is approx. three years with daily use. After use, simply store them in the supplied cotton bag to save space.
  • Plastic-free packaging: The sustainable dryer balls in the convenient cotton bag are packed plastic-free in a natural cardboard box. This protects them perfectly and you can easily dispose of the packaging in an environmentally friendly way with the waste paper.
