Mechanical fill level indicator for composting toilets

Instead of having to tediously lift, shake or empty the canister merely on suspicion, a quick look at the urine outlet suffices. The orange arrow in the sight field means: it is time for the next emptying stop. The Urinometer operates completely without electricity or external technology – reliably, hygienically and straightforward.

How the Trelino® Urinometer works
An integrated float rises with the urine level in the canister. It is connected via a rod to a plastic arrow that extends outward through the urine outlet of the separation insert. Once the fill level reaches the critical point, the orange arrow tip becomes visible – a simple but effective warning.
Installation is very straightforward: the display is slid over the canister lid’s membrane. Then, the lid is screwed on tightly as usual. The arrow remains movable, the membrane stable – and the overview reliable.
