Thanks to the specially tailored underfloor mounting for the MAN TGE, you gain over one cubic metre of additional storage space. This space remains entirely available for your conversion, tools, sports equipment or simply more room to move – without any restrictions to the vehicle layout.
More safety for you and your vehicle
Since the battery system is mounted outside the passenger compartment, the risk of fire inside the vehicle is significantly reduced. The housing meets protection class IP67 and is dust-tight as well as protected against temporary submersion. The Juicetray Solo underfloor box combines a robust PE casing with a KTL-coated steel base holder, specially adapted to the vehicle structure of the MAN TGE.

Juicetray Solo can be combined with various battery systems and can be precisely tailored to your energy needs. Be it van life with the MAN TGE, craft use or expeditions – the system grows with your requirements and remains flexibly expandable.
The Juicetray solution is suitable for the MAN TGE van in the following versions:
- Year of manufacture: from 2018
- Drive types:
- All-wheel drive (AWD)
- Rear-wheel drive (RWD)
- Front-wheel drive: under review
- Vehicle lengths: all lengths compatible
Vehicle requirements
- Recommended without spare wheel preparation.
- For vehicles with spare wheel preparation, two brackets must be removed (approx. 15 minutes effort).
Important note regarding the exhaust system
- Not compatible: exhaust systems where the exhaust pipe runs completely to the rear.
- Compatible: middle or side variants that run up to the rear axle (very rare).
