The Omnia silicone mould is tailor-made for the Omnia oven and available in different colours. Made of BPA-free silicone, it meets the requirements of the FDA standard (US Food and Drug Administration) and the LFGB standard (German Food and Feed Code). It is recommended to clean the mould with washing up liquid before each use to strengthen the non-stick properties. Cakes are easier to remove from the mould if the mould is smeared with shortening or oil.
Temperature range: min. -30 °C to max. 260 °C.
- Pay attention to the correct temperature. If the temperature is too high, the silicone mould will be damaged.
- Must not come into contact with open fire.
- Do not use sharp objects, abrasive sponges or the like.
- Rinse and dry after use.
