The HD Birdview camera system provides a perfect 3D panoramic view, showing the vehicle’s position and surrounding objects. This makes it easy to master complicated parking manoeuvres even with bulky vehicles and reduces the risk of dents, scratches, and accidents. 4 extra-wide-angle cameras at the front, rear, and at both sides of the vehicle capture images of the vehicle’s surroundings and send them to a monitor in the cockpit. The switch box is the core component of this intelligent solution and is used for general control. The system features an RCA connector (A/V) for connecting playback devices with A/V inputs, such as monitors, navigation devices, or moniceivers. The mats (1 m x 1 m) required for calibration are not included and must be requested when ordering, if necessary. The cable set (item no. 82 224) must be ordered at the same time.
