This pizza stone is perfect for the CADAC Citi Chef 40 and the Carri Chef 40, but can also be used on gas or electric barbecues or in electric ovens. The 10 mm thick pizza stone is made of cordierite and is heat-resistant up to 300 °C. The cordierite extracts the moisture from the dough. The result: a delicious, crispy pizza base!
But that is not all: Bread, focaccia and croissants also turn out great on this pizza stone.
Included in delivery is a convenient chrome-plated holder with which you can easily place the pizza stone on the barbecue and take it off again.
TIP: Simply clean the pizza stone with a dry cloth. Do not use washing-up liquid or water.
