The Kalkguard replacement cartridge not only reduces annoying limescale but also improves the taste of the water. You will notice this effect when preparing tea, coffee and even while cooking. Up to 6000 litres of hard drinking water can be treated with one filter cartridge. The limescale is dissolved with the help of granular malic acid. There is no significant loss of pressure.
