BIOLYSAN® Tank Cleaner 500 ml is suitable for disinfecting water tanks in motorhomes, caravans and boats up to a tank capacity of 300 l. We recommend carrying out a basic disinfection of the entire water installation twice a year. BIOLYSAN® Tank Cleaner complies with the German Drinking Water Ordinance. In motorhomes, caravans or yachts, you can treat your water tank together with the connected water system.
Application:
- Empty water tank and boiler completely.
- Remove coarse dirt from the tank by hand.
- Fill the water tank with drinking water and add the entire bottle of tank cleaner.
- Drain two litres of water from each tap on the hot and cold water side.
- Leave to soak for at least 24 hours.
- Empty the tank via the water taps and drain the boiler.
- Fill the tank to the maximum with fresh water and rinse all pipes vigorously until the tank is empty.
- Repeat if heavily soiled.
Use biocidal products carefully. Always read the label and product information before use. Shake before use. Avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. In case of intolerance, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Protect from direct sun and frost. Empty packaging should be disposed of in the recycling bin.
