The X-Rack Base is a sturdy and lightweight base frame for the left and right rear doors of Sprinter models from 2006 onwards as well as Crafter vehicles from 2006 to 2015. It facilitates access to the roof and serves as a practical base for various attachments.
The two-part frame consists of an outer frame made of round tube with a diameter of 42 mm and struts made of oval tube 60 x 40 mm with keyhole slots. A self-locking, lockable closure system ensures security. The mounting rail allows the attachment of a spacer on the inside.
The base frame meets the requirements for approval as a vehicle part and can be easily mounted on the door hinges. It offers modular mounts for attachments such as bike carriers, boxes, spare wheel holders and recovery board holders.
