The pizza stone is perfect for CADAC barbecues, but can also be used on gas and electric barbecues as well as in electric ovens. It is equipped with a heat distributor and can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C. The stone is 12 mm thick and is made of heat-resistant cordierite, which removes moisture from the dough.
