Quick and easy to use
A clean tank helps maintain water quality in the fresh water system. Contaminants can enter the tank, pipes and pumps via the water being filled, taps or hoses. Longer periods of standing water and high temperatures can encourage the growth of microorganisms. Not approved for Switzerland!
Step 1: tank cleaning
Certinox TankRein is designed to clean fresh water tanks, pipes, fittings and pumps. The formula uses active oxygen and contains no chlorine or surfactants.
Step 2: removal of limescale and odours
Certinox TankFrisch with citric acid removes limescale deposits and is designed to clean the fresh water system while helping to reduce unpleasant odours and off-tastes.
Step 3: drinking water treatment
If the microbiological quality of the water is uncertain, certisil® combina can be used for drinking water disinfection in accordance with the instructions for use. Allow at least 30 minutes before consumption. Certisil® argento can be used for drinking water preservation in accordance with the instructions for use. Allow at least 2 hours before consumption.
In South and Eastern Europe as well as in the Tropics, fresh water from wells and springs almost always contains bacteria and pathogens. Certisil combina® disinfects clear fresh water using chlorine and protects it with silver ions against recontamination – for up to 6 months. The powder is sufficient for disinfecting between 10 and 10,000 l of water.
