The seat base safe for the VW Grand California offers a secure and discreet way to store personal valuables directly in the vehicle. The 5 mm thick door is equipped with a high-quality double-bit security lock – a German brand product with 7 pins. A manganese-hardened lock plate effectively prevents drilling. The 2 cm deep, recessed door area and the integrated clearance angle provide additional reliable protection against prying attempts.
The safe can be precisely installed under the seat console of the driver's or passenger's seat in the Volkswagen Crafter. Depending on the installation method, the door can be opened either from the footwell or the passenger compartment. The installation is carried out using the factory-installed screw units of the seat console – without any additional drilling.
